About Us

Our story, our team, and why we do what we do.

Meet Jen Pelcyger

Dyslexia Solutions of Colorado offers one-on-one tutoring tailored to your child's specific needs. We work with individuals ages 5 to adult and meet two or more times a week to build lasting reading skills.

We use the Orton-Gillingham Approach, a multisensory approach that uses the four learning pathways to the brain: Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic, and Tactile. We start working with each child at their individual level so it is easy for them. Each lesson builds upon what they have already learned.

Jen's approach is structured but deeply warm. She adapts to every child, earns their trust, and celebrates every small victory. The real product is not tutoring sessions, but restored self-esteem, family peace of mind, and children who finally believe in themselves.

Each tutoring session includes handwriting practice, drill cards, spelling sounds, reading words, spelling words, dictation, high frequency word review, new sound and spelling rule introduction, and oral reading. Every element is designed to reinforce learning through multiple sensory pathways.
